A quick technical note

Just a quick word for all the techies and strobists out there. I shoot primarily using radiopopper JRX studio triggers. Because of this I usually have no idea what the intensities are of the individual light sources. Perhaps I can try to make educated guesses? Or maybe I can simply speak of the intensities in terms of stops. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Regardless, I apologize that I can't give slightly more detailed information, due to the fact that I'm too lazy to shoot on manual and am in LOVE with the simple rheostats of the JRX system.
